US bishops 'regret pain'

[The Church of England Newspaper] January 20, 2005--While a threatened walkout did not materialise, traditionalist bishops drifted away over the course of the meeting. A minority report supporting the Windsor Report’s recommendations -- prepared by traditionalists during the meeting -- garnered 21 signatures. Traditionalists, however, were divided over its meaning as some argued it was a “supplemental statement” while others viewed it as a dissent.
