Anglican Head Admits Gay Bishop Ordination Hurtful

[The Christian Post] February 18, 2005--The Episcopal Church USA (ECUSA)’s decision to consecrate an openly gay man as bishop critically hurt the unity of the worldwide Anglican Communion, the Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams admitted on Thursday.

While Williams now admits that the actions of the ECUSA have critically hurt the unity of the Anglican Communion, he has not admitted that what the ECUSA did was wrong or condemned the ECUSA's actions.
