Catholic, Protestant Divide

http://www.virtueonline.org/portal/modules/news/article.php?storyid=3400

[VirtueOnline] December 19, 2005--In recent times there has been a rekindling of the effort to reconcile Rome with Anglican Protestants. I do not condemn such effort, but I have to point out that there are differences and that it will take years of hard work between men of good will. If John Calvin and the Vatican could talk of reunion way back then, there is much good to say about the current talks. Of course, remember that Calvin's underlings were against reconciliation because it affected their positions.
