Anglican Communion will "fragment" if Covenant fails to deliver on its promises

Bernard Malango, says the Episcopal Church will never repent and come in line with Scriptural faith, and blasted same-sex civil unions in the Church of England saying they could undermine the whole Anglican Communion and the Archbishop of Canterbury's ability to hold the church together, fatally compromising Lambeth 2008.
