[The Florida-Times Union] January 13, 2006--Episcopal Bishop John Howard took the first step this week toward defrocking seven priests, including four in Jacksonville, and hinted at legal action against clergy and lay leaders who refuse to surrender parish property to the Episcopal Diocese of Florida.
