[The Church of England Newspaper] March 3, 2006--The Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni won a clear victory in an election process that has frustrated Christians in Uganda. The president will now enter his third term in an election that was overshadowed by violence in some parts of the electorate and questionable administration. Mr Museveni won 59 per cent of the vote while his rival, Kizza Besigye, took 37 per cent, according to the Electoral Commission.
