[Church Times] April 13, 2006--A successor to the Rt Revd Richard Harries (right) as Bishop of Oxford could be chosen from outside the Church of England, the Prime Minister 's appointments adviser, William Chapman, said on Friday. Overseas names have already been put forward. Bishop Harries is to retire in June.
