[Albany Times Union] 7 May 2007--Tensions within the Anglican Communion deepened over the weekend as Nigerian Archbishop Peter Akinola installed the Rev. Martyn Minns as "missionary bishop" of a group he created for conservative American Episcopalians disaffected with the U.S. Episcopal Church.
