Episcopals ordain first ever Third-World woman bishop

[Jamaica Gleaner] 11 June 2007--The Episcopal Church broke new ground in Cuba yesterday by ordaining its first woman bishop in the developing world at a ceremony that mixed incense with rhythmic Caribbean music.

"Liberal" bishops flocked to Cuba to consecrate a pro-gay woman bishop. Hmmm. What's going on here?
