[Stand Firm] 15 Sep 2007--A source is reporting to me as a hard rumor that Bishop Dorsey Henderson has been asked to serve as the Primatial Vicar under the Presiding Bishop's Alternate Plan. The Rt. Rev. Dorsey Henderson is the Bishop of Upper South Carolina.
