[Anglican Mainstream] 19 Jan 2008--Anglicans for Life is pleased to announce that the Right Reverend Henry Scriven, Assistant Bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, PA and Anglicans for Life Board Member will give the opening prayer at the March for Life Rally in Washington DC, on January 22, 2008 at noon.

Each year thousands of people travel to Washington DC on the anniversary of the Roe versus Wade Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion all nine months of pregnancy. Busloads of adults, teens and stalwart ‘pro-lifers’ make this annual pilgrimage as a way to acknowledge their support for the sanctity of life.
