[allAfrica.com] 4 Aug 2008--The Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan William is ultimately responsible for the split in the Anglican Communion because he betrayed the clear biblical and church teaching on homosexuality, the Archbishop Uganda said.

He should have disciplined the bishops of the Episcopal Church of the United States of America (ECUSA) when they tolerated the ordination of Gene Robinson, an openly gay man, to the episcopate, Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi said.
