[The Hamilton Spectator] 12 Nov 2008--Dissident Anglican churches are hammering out the details of a plan to create a North American church body that would be recognized by the global Anglican community and operate with authority parallel to the national Anglican churches in Canada and the United States.
If they're successful, it could be in place in less than a year.
