Personally Greet People Before and After Services

One of the best ways to warm up a crowd is to meet as many people as you can before you speak to them. During your Christmas services, try to get out among your congregation to talk to them and meet their guests. It shows you are interested in them personally.

Many pastors like to gather their staff or key leaders in a private room before the service and pray while the people are coming in. I believe you ought to pray for your service at some other time. Don’t miss an opportunity to be with people when you have the chance. You can pray for the service all you want when your attenders are at work! To read more, click here.
