A Pastoral Letter from the Canadian Primate

[The General Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada] December 1, 2004--At its last meeting, the Anglican Church of Canada's House of Bishops asked Archbishop Andrew Hutchison, the Primate of that church to write a letter to the church introducing the Windsor Report and soliciting responses to it.
