Anglican church stays out of marriage debate

[Anglican Journal] March 1, 2005--The Anglican Church of Canada does not intend to join other faith communities in the brewing debate over the federal government's plan to legalize same-sex marriage in Canada, said its primate, Archbishop Andrew Hutchison.

Saying nothing is as bad as supporting gay marriage.
