[The Church of England Newspaper] March 11, 2005--American Presiding Bishop Frank Griswold will today present the US House of Bishops spring meeting with the Primates’ communiqué, which called on the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada to voluntarily withdraw from the Anglican Communion’s Consultative Council for three years.
