Archbishop Carnley to head 'Panel of Reference'

[sydneyanglicans.net] May 12, 2005--Does anyone else find it extremely ironic that Archbishop Carnley has been appointed to head the 'Panel of Reference' set up by the Archbishop of Canterbury to consider issues of alternative episcopal oversight - an issue that is extremely important to dissenting evangelical parishes.
