[Hot Springs Star] March 1, 2006--When circumstances cause the closure of rural churches or radical changes leave one church-less, some folks shift their sights a little closer to home — in home, that is, in the case of Charles “Chip” Johnson, a former Episcopalian deacon. Johnson and a handful of former Episcopalian congregants launched the St. Francis Anglican Mission in October 2005.
