[The Courier-Journal] April 19, 2006-- am an Episcopal priest in the Diocese of Kentucky. On April 10, Monday of Holy Week, I was in the neighborhood visiting a parishioner over at Norton Hospital -- and stopped by Christ Church Cathedral to visit the diocesan offices. I saw the "Empty Boot" display in the Cathedral representing those who died in the current conflict -- with names of those deceased and their state of origin on laminated tags, one attached to each pair of boots -- surrounding the building and even displayed in the worship space.
