This was found on the bishops-only web site, and while it's titled "Questions and Answers about matters involving the Bishop of Pittsburgh," it should really be titled "Things to tell your parishioners in the newsletter, and any reporters who might call, so you won't contradict the party line, or God forbid tell the truth about how we railroaded Bob Duncan."
Probably just a clerical error.
