Delay of woman's ordination an 'internal matter'

The first local ordination of an Anglican female deacon has been delayed, but the reason why remains unclear.

Jennifer Hodgkins — who graduated from theological college in England — was expected to be ordained a deacon in the church when she qualified. But she is still waiting.
