Do American Christians Actually Have Biblical Beliefs? Barna’s ‘Revealing’ Findings
Barna confirms what many of us have been observing. Very few Americans who claim to be Christans are disciples of Jesus, emulating his life and teaching. They are something else, suggesting that Christianity as discipleship of Jesus has been on the skids in America for quite a while.

Whither the Church of England

Does the Bible Limit Gender to Just Male and Female?
Alan Shlemon examines how the Bible is being reinterpreted to teach that God created people who are neither male nor female. I am a senior scholar at my local state university and I have noticed that a non-binary view of gender has its following among the faculty and the students. It also has a following among young adults in the community. Issues related to gender identity, I have further noticed, are contributing factor to anxiety and depression in that particular age echelon.

When Trolls Attack If you have been online and have not encountered a troll, you have been truly blessed. These denizen of the internet are ubiquitous. They are not only solitary hunters, but they also hunt in packs. They are masters of many guises. They appear to be innocent lambs where in fact they are ravenous wolves. What is worst of all is that we can give into the temptation of our own malevolent inner desires and become a troll ourselves. As Jesus said, "let him who has ears hear."
