This coming Thursday, November 24, the fourth Thursday of November, is Thanksgiving here in the United States.
For those whose own church may not be offering a service of thanksgiving before, on, or after Thanksgiving or who are unable to attend their church’s service of thanksgiving, the All Hallows online ministry is offering a service of thanksgiving in place of its regular service of Evening Prayer for Wednesday Evening.
Whether you live in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere in the world, please take advantage of this opportunity to give thanks to God not only for the fruits of the harvest but also for the numerous ways that God has shown grace and continues to show grace to you and those around you.
If you have already visited the All Hallows Murray blog spot, I have made one change in the service since I posted it earlier. I have replaced the hymn of praise with a different one.
