[Times Online] May 7, 2005--The Methodists could become the first mainstream church in Britain to offer blessings to gay couples who get “married” under the Government’s new civil partnerships law.
The sanctioning of the blessing of same gender unions is not likely to improve the relationship between the British Methodists and Anglicans around the world.
