[Drell's Descants] July 11, 2005--As I write this, the Church of England is in its grand debate over women bishops (UPDATE: The female bishops resolution has now passed, with some provision to be made for those that can’t live with it), and a split is threatened. ECUSA, having already endured this debate, has already consecrated Gene Robinson as Bishop of New Hampshire, and a split is threatened.
