Bishops say hatred Bill will harm freedom of speech

[Church Times] October 14, 2005--Four bishops raised objections to the Government's Racial and Religious Hatred Bill 2005 in the House of Lords, while an estimated 2000 protesters, religious and secular, rallied outside Parliament to oppose the Bill during its Second Reading on Tuesday.
