[Church Times] October 14, 2005--The campaigning group Inclusive Church was assessing the results of its intensive electioneering for the General Synod this week. It published advice for clergy and laity on standing for election and making an election address.

Synod observers are talking of a liberal ascendancy in the new Synod, though this is thought to reflect wins for Inclusive Church rather than Affirming Catholicism.
