Akinola urges Christians to pursue holiness

[The Tide Online] 15 May 2007--The Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Most Rev. Peter Akinola, has urged Christians to pursue holiness as a hallmark of child of God.

The Primate, who made the statement in Abuja, while delivering his charge at the sixth synod of Abuja Diocese of the Church, said that holiness is a command from God.

Speaking on the theme: “Be ye Holy” Akinola stated that no one could work with God without holiness.
