[The Living Church] 6 Oct 2008--There was less debate this year before clergy and lay deputies to convention in the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh voted for the second consecutive year to break ties with the General Convention of The Episcopal Church. The vote totals to amend its diocesan constitution and join the Anglican Church of the Southern Cone were similar to last year.
