Atheist Loses Bid to Ban Prayer at Inauguration

[Crosswalk.com] January 15, 2005--In a decision issued late Friday, U.S. District Court Judge John Bates rejected atheist Michael Newdow's legal challenge to ban prayer at the Jan. 20 Presidential inauguration.
