[Baptist Press News] June 30, 2005--More than 1 million people in the United States are now living with the virus that causes AIDS, according to a new study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The number, which is the highest since the 1980s, is said to reflect the success of treatment drugs as well as the failure to prevent new infections.
