[Anglican Mission in America] October 12, 2005--Plans are moving ahead for the February opening of the Kigali Episcopal Theological College (KETC), Rwanda's first seminary. The Anglican Mission in America is energetically engaged to assist in the construction of the school, and has provided funds donated through member congregations. The Rev. Dan Claire, Executive Director of the AMiA's Office of Clergy Credentialing, visited the school in late summer. He reports on the excitement and anticipation surrounding the anticipated opening, and the appointment of the college's Principal.
