[VirtueOnline] November 26, 2005--An attorney for the Rev. Dr. Samuel Pascoe, rector of Grace Episcopal Church, Orange Park, has written a letter to Florida Bishop John Howard, excoriating him over charges that the orthodox priest had violated an agreement he had with the liberal bishop.
