Pastoral Letter from the Bishops of the Province to the Diocese of Lake Malawi

[Anglican Mainstream] March 1, 2006--Twelve Bishops of the Province of Central Africa have issued a pastoral letter to the Diocese of Lake Malawi over the appointment of an interim bishop following the non-confirmation of the bishop-elect.
