[Anglican Mission in America] April 1, 2006--Labourers have been hard at work since summer 2004 on the construction of Rwanda's only seminary, and their work is almost complete. Classes have now begun, and will move to the new campus following Easter. The Kigali Anglican Theological College will train pastors and leaders from the nine dioceses of the P.E.E.R (the Anglican Province of Rwanda), and will contribute greatly to the nation's spiritual health and vitality as it continues to rebuild following genocide a dozen years ago.
