Changing the Structures? What +Wright and +Williams seem to be avoiding

[Stand Firm] 2 Jul 2008--This is the key issue: the structure by which discipline may be executed already exists in the Anglican Communion. What is lacking is not an adequate structure but any will from the man responsible for their execution to implement discipline.
