Often when finances get tight in a church the first thing cut is the evangelism and advertising budget. That is the last thing you should cut. Despite a tough economy, we need to keep asking the right question when it comes to evangelism; rather than ask, “How much will it cost?” we must ask, “Who will it reach?”
