Rebirth of an Arctic church “a glorious moment”
Hundreds gather for dedication of restored St. Jude's Cathedral
Maybe it’s true that St. Jude is the patron saint of lost causes and hopeless cases long despaired of.
But the congregation of the fire-gutted Anglican church in Iqaluit that bears his name never did abandon their hope. This past Sunday, after nearly seven years of struggle, they realized the great cause of rebuilding their landmark gathering place. Read more
