Suspect charged in Boston bombing case
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, still in serious condition with several gunshot wounds, was arraigned in a hospital Monday on federal charges in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings that left three people dead and more than 180 injured.
Tsarnaev, 19, is charged with one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and one count of malicious destruction of property using an explosive device resulting in death.
The charges carry the maximum penalty of death. Read more
