Church of England Synod Shows Strong Support for Women Bishops

[The Christian Post] February 11, 2006--The Synod’s youngest member, 21-year-old Emma Forward from Exeter, spoke out against women bishops. Forward made a call for the younger generation not to be forgotten in discussions over the Church's future.

“It [Transferred Episcopal Arrangements] must be long-lasting, not something to keep the traditionalists quiet until they all die out,” she explained.
