[Fulcrum] 1 Oct 2007--In order to interpret and evaluate TEC’s response it is necessary to identify the key recommendations set out in the Schedule. The Schedule covers 5 areas (foundations, a pastoral council, a pastoral scheme, on clarifying the response to Windsor and on property disputes) and an appendix stating the “Camp Allen Principles”. The main areas where response is sought relate to (a) TEC’s commitment to Windsor and (b) TEC’s provision for and response to those in TEC committed to the Camp Allen Principles.
