[ChristianWeek] 15 Feb 2008--For Don Harvey it was a “dark, disturbing day” when Anglican clergy in Newfoundland renewed their licences and took new vows under his successor, Cyrus Pitman, the new bishop of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador.
