The Church of Uganda Names Two New Bishops

[AllAfrica.com] 11 May 2008--The Church of Uganda House of Bishops has appointed the Rev. Can. Samuel Kaziimba bishop of Mityana Diocese, while the Rev. canon Patrick Gidudu is for Mbale.

Kaziimba has replaced Bishop Dustan Bukenya, who has reached the retirement age of 65, while Gidudu has replaced Samwiri Wabulakha.
