[The Longmont Times] 6 Feb 2009--The Rev. Emmanuel Gasana is a firm believer in forgiveness.
“It’s not an easy thing, but it can happen,” said Gasana, an archdeacon in the Shyogwe Dioceses of the Anglican Church in Gitarama, Rwanda. “If you don’t forgive, then you can’t be forgiven by God.”
Even after his wife and five children died as a result of the 1994 genocides in Rwanda, Gasana said he still preaches and practices forgiveness.
