I have posted All Hallows Evening Prayer for Sunday Evening (August 9, 2020) on the All Hallows Murray blog.
The variable psalm is Luke Mayernik’s responsorial setting of Psalm 113, “Blessed Be the Name of the Lord.”
The reading is Luke 6: 27-36.
The homily is titled “Children of the Most High” and unpacks Jesus’ teaching that we should love our enemies.
The dismissal hymn is James Quinn’s translation of the Latin hymn Ubi Caritas, “God Is Love, and Where True Love Is God Himself Is There,” sung to A. Gregory Murray’s hymn tune UBI CARITAS.
