[Orlando Sentinel] March 3, 2005--The primates, or chief executive officers, of the 77 million-member Anglican Communion met last week at Dromantine, a Roman Catholic retreat center near Newry in Northern Ireland. Their primary mission was to find, if possible, a way to avert a schism or permanent division between liberal Anglicans, who support the ordination of gay clergy and the blessing of same-sex unions
