[Sandiegoanglican.com] 1 Feb 2008--In their November 2007 diocesan meeting, an overwhelming number of clergy and lay delegates voted to leave the Episcopal Church for a more biblically conservative province elsewhere.
Twelve Pittsburgh clergy signed a one-paragraph letter in which they expressed their disapproval of the effort to remove the Diocese of Pittsburgh from The Episcopal Church, also known as TEC.
The following is an open response written by Fr. Russell Martin, Rector of the Anglican Church of Sts. Timothy and Titus, which meets in the Carmel Mountain area of North Inland San Diego. This letter is also posted on the TitusOneNine website as well as at Stand Firm.
