All Hallows Evening Prayer is a service of worship in the evening for all pilgrims on the journey to the heavenly city.
Since the earliest days of Christianity, Christians have begun evening prayer with a hymn praising Christ as light, light that is the radiance of God’s own face. It is an ancient custom that was revived in the last century and is a fitting way to begin our evening devotions.
The Scripture reading for this Wednesday evening is Ephesians 5: 1-14 Renounce Pagan Ways
