An All Hallows Advent Service of the Word for Wednesday (November 30, 2022) Is Now Online

 

The structure of this Service of the Word is adapted from ideas for similar services in the Church of England’s New Patterns of Worship (2008). The service begins with the lighting of the Advent wreath. The service is suitable for use in the evening or some other time during the day.

The Scripture readings are Deuteronomy 30: 11-14 The Choice of Life or Death and Romans 10: 5-17 Salvation Is for Everyone.

The message is “Messengers of the Good News.”
